WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations:
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 5 days prior to the charter start time.
If you cancel with less than 5 days notice, you will be charged a 30% cancellation fee.
There no refunds If you cancel less than 24 hours before the charter start time.
No Shows:
There will be no refunds or credits issued for No Shows.
Weather Related Cancellations:
If we decide the weather is unsuitable, we will try and accommodate you for another day. If we are unable to do so, we will offer you a full refund.
IS TAX INCLUDED ON THE PRICE OF A RENTAL?
Yes, tax is included in the price of the boat rental.
ARE LIFE JACKETS PROVIDED?
Yes, the boat is fitted with adult and children life jackets to the rated capacity of the craft.
CAN I BRING FOOD AND DRINKS?
Yes, food and refreshments are allowed on board
