ARE LIFE JACKETS PROVIDED ?
Yes – the boat is fitted with adult and children life jackets to the rated capacity of the craft.
IS TAX INCLUDED ON THE PRICE OF A RENTAL ?
Yes – tax is included in the price of the boat rental.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS BAD ?
Safety comes first. We’ll reschedule or refund if conditions aren’t suitable.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY ?
Cancellations:
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 2 days prior to the charter start time.
If you cancel with less than 2 days notice, 50% of total amount paid will be refunded.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the charter start time are non-refundable.
No Shows:
There will be no refunds or credits issued for No Shows.
Weather Related Cancellations:
If we decide the weather is unsuitable, we will try and accommodate you for another day. If we are unable to do so, we will offer you a full refund.
